XPERIA™ X1 Mobile Phone, First Model Under New XPERIA™ Series

Last month, Sony Ericsson was filed the XPERIA™ trademark and some rumors out there said that this XPERIA™ will be a new series released by this Swedish-Japanese joint company.
On 10 February 2008 at Mobile World Congress, Sony Ericsson officially announced a new XPERIA™ X1 phone, first model released under XPERIA™ series. X1 come with large 3-inch touchscreen display with 800 x 480 pixels. Built-in with Windows Mobile® platform inside, that mean more programs and games will be compatible with this phone compared to UIQ platform that was used by some of the Sony Ericsson phones before.
There are four ways you can interact with the X1 phone, either through the large 3-inch touchscreen, 4-way navigation keys, optical joystick or through easy-to-use QWERTY keyboard.
